What are the delivery times?
The goods are prepared from Monday to Friday and shipped by express courier within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The customer is notified by email of the delivery of the package to the courier.
What are the payment methods?
Payments are accepted via PayPal and via all major cards enabled for online payments.
I can't find a product, what do I do?
If you are looking for a product not present on the site or temporarily out of stock, please contact us at the email address info@coima.net or on Facebook at the @coima.official page.
They tried to deliver the package but I was not at home, what do I do?
You will be contacted by the courier to reschedule the delivery, otherwise the courier will try to deliver the next day. If you have special needs or preferential delivery times, indicate them in the notes when ordering, we will communicate them to the courier to facilitate the success of the delivery.
